Relaxation Class, Second Module (8 weeks)
Location: Wilder, 325
Sundays, 7:00-9:00pm, PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED - JBOBERLIN@AOL.COM
$2 Introductory Relaxation Workshop is offered on Sunday, March 15 7-9pm. This experience will give you a break before midterms and give you a good idea of how the weekly class can support you.

Each session offers you time away from your studies and list of things to do. Time to focus and reclaim your balance. The skills and insights gained will help you begin each week with a fresh outlook and carry you through stressful times. Classes will include relaxation exercises and activites to nourish your vitality. Activities such as guided meditation, self massage, working with your own energy system, creating commitments to self and body-led writing. LIMITED TO 12 STUDENTS. Massage Mini-Course
Location: Oberlin Inn, Suite 128
March 6-8 & 13. (F, Sa, Su, F) 3:00-6:00pm
This self development course includes 12 hours of hands-on-training of basic relaxation massage strokes and information on how to safely (emotionally and physically) give and receive bodywork. You will also be given time in Jill's private studio to practice your new skills. Students must register as pairs. Students are responsible for bringing their own sheets and massage oil. Space is limited.
Bodywork Mini-Course
Location: Oberlin Inn, Suite 128
April 3-5 & 10 (F, Sa, Su, F) 3:00-6:00pm
Cost, $180 per pair with $20 non-refundable deposit upon registration
This course includes 12 hours of hands-on-training/experiences in integrative bodywork (energy work, incorporating some basic relaxation massage). The purpose of the class is to develop a sense of your own energy system and its relationships with others, not to train you in a specific modality. In addition to class instruction, each pair will have time to practice in Jill's private studio. There will be some required reading for the class. Students must register as pairs. Students are responsible for bringing their own sheets and massage oil. Space is limited. Cost, $180 per pair with $20 non-refundable deposit upon registration
On-going Massage and Bodywork Support
Limited to students who took my Integrative Bodicology Winter Term Course or either of the two Mini-Courses described above
By appointment only, limited time available
Location: Oberlin Inn, Suite 128
Cost: $15 per hour. Sliding fee available
Lessons will be tailored to each student's ability level and interest. Students would need to find their own practice space/massage table. Jill has a limited number of massage tables available to be checked out for a short time. A $50 refundable security deposit is required to check out a table.
